What's Important for Dog Etiquette

Leslie Miksits of Woodland CA writes:

I have been going to our local dog park for over a year, here is my list of
what is important…

--- Don't let your dog off the leash before entering the park - If the park has
a holding pen, remove the leash in the pen
--- Do not try to exit the park if there is someone entering with a dog; allow
him or her to enter first before exiting.
--- Do not hit or kick another person's dog
--- Always clean up after your dog
--- Change the water if it is dirty; don't wait for someone else to do it -
dirty water can make the dogs sick
--- Make sure your dog is current on all vaccinations - including flea and tick
medication
--- Keep an eye on your dog at all times

Where do you think civility has gone and why?

The following question relates to the March "Etiquette Tip of the Month" newsletter, located at www.AdvancedEtiquette.com/newsletter

Where do you think civility has gone and why? What are ways you think we as a society and you as an individual can do to help bring civility back?... No "complaints," please, without thoughts on how to resolve your concerns.
